Even Extract is run by one person. We answer every message ourselves.

• Email: support inbox to be created at launch (Shopify default

storefront contact form is acceptable for launch — route to the owner's

inbox; do not publish a personal address without confirming with Azi).

• Response time: please allow up to 2 business days for a reply. We

won't promise same-day support we can't consistently deliver as a

one-person team.

• Best for: order status, sizing questions (see the FAQ first — sizing

is answered there), returns, and anything wrong with your order.

We'd rather set an honest response-time expectation than promise

instant support and miss it.
