Returns policy

**This is a real policy commitment we are choosing to offer at launch — not

a historical average or a claim about past performance.**

• Window: 30 days from delivery.
• Condition: item must be unused and unopened in its original packaging.
• Return shipping: the buyer covers return shipping, unless the item

arrived defective or we shipped the wrong item — in either of those

cases, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.

• Restocking fees: none. No hidden fees on top of return shipping.
• Refund method: original payment method, processed within a few

business days of us receiving the returned item.

• Mismatched tamper size (51mm): if you ordered the Calibrated Tamper

and it doesn't fit your portafilter, this is covered under the standard

30-day policy above (buyer covers return shipping) — please check the

size guide in product-tamper.md before ordering to avoid this.

an item back unannounced, so we can confirm the process with you.
