Shipping policy
**This is the honest, current transit time from our real supplier quote —
not an aspirational number.** Source:

- Transit time: approximately 10–20 business days from order to
delivery. We ship from our supplier; there is no faster domestic-
fulfillment option available yet.
- Processing time: orders are reviewed and submitted to our supplier
within 1–2 business days of purchase.
- Order tracking: a tracking link is provided by email once your order
ships, when the supplier's shipping method includes tracking.
- Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on destination; we do not
inflate shipping to disguise product pricing.
- What we won't do: promise a delivery window we haven't verified, or
use "fast shipping" language before a domestic-fulfillment option exists.
